State regulation of the economic development in the Arctic under the action of anti-Russian sanctions

Abstract. The paper analyzes some methodological approaches to counter the influence of anti-Russian sanctions on dynamics of economic development of both Russia and the Arctic. The difficulty of import substitution programme implementation in the military-industrial complex has been shown. The directions of adjustment of the Arctic development state programme on the basis of regional comprehensive programmes of the RF Arctic zone subjects in order to ensure the vital activity of the population have been considered. The evaluation of the feasibility of large-scale investment projects in the conditions of action of anti-Russian sanctions including the field of extraction and transportation of energy resources has been fulfilled.
