The influence of "weak state" on the dynamics of socio-economic development of the Arctic regions

Abstract. The paper contains analysis of weakening of the state and strengthening of the corporate cluster under the pressure of which the state is transformed into a corporation-state. Some signs of privatization of state power by a corporate cluster have been shown, i. e. achieving economic competitiveness on a global scale as the main purpose and priority of minimizing the cost of areas content. The regional aspect of changing subjectivity of the state and corporations on the example of Russian European North regions and its impact on reduction of regions' capitalization and the overall development potential has been studied.
