Increasing the comfort of living of the population in small towns (monotowns) of the Russian Federation due to revitalization of town-forming enterprises (at the example of the town Kotovo)

Abstract. The paper presents the evaluation criteria for comfort of living in small towns and their analysis at the example of the town Kotovo. It has been revealed that for development of single-industry town the effective operation of the city-forming enterprise is necessary. A comprehensive programme to improve the monotown livelihood by correct policy of the city-forming enterprise has been proposed.
