Sectoral sanctions: Policy of import substitution and development of innovations in the Russian Federation

Abstract. The paper presents the results of research of innovation dependence on import substitution. The factors influencing on the innovation development in the Russian Federation have been summarized. The priorities of innovation development have been designated and some directions for their solution have been proposed.
