Activity of Enterprises Under Conditions of Money Shortage

Abstract. The article deals with problems of money shortage and measures that should be taken to reach necessary amount of money and possibilities of Murmansk region enterprises under the condition of money shortage, while applying not only economical but legislative methods of helping to find the way out of the situation given. The examples of both different financial strategies of the legislation and treaty relations to increase Murmansk region enterprises' operational stability (under the money shortage conditions) are given.
