The mechanism of public administration by industrial fishing in fresh-water objects (at the example of the Arkhangelsk region)

Abstract. The current state of industrial fishing in fresh-water objects at the example of the Arkhangelsk region has been considered. The analysis of granting water bioresources has been carried out, the comparison of bases for implementation of industrial fishing has been made. The changes in the mechanism of industrial fishing management based on removal of excess administrative barriers have been proposed.
