Problems of the port of Murmansk as an essential part of the region transport infrastructure

Abstract. The main problems of the port of Murmansk have been presented and characterized in the paper. The analysis of provided certain port services as compared with their Russian and foreign analogues has been carried out. It has been shown that improvement of pricing for services is one of the necessary conditions for formation and development of the port of Murmansk as an Arctic harbour of Russia.
