System approach to economic parameters' forecasting
Abstract. The forecasting of the economic objects functioning parameters has been considered in the paper. While choosing a forecasting method the author proposes to base on the results of a system analysis. In particular, the external and internal reasons of the forecasting parameter changes have been analyzed. Basic of them are: change of the input variables (disturbing and managing), change of the uncontrollable variables (noises), the dynamic, time dependent and teleological properties of the object.
