Regulation of investment processes in the Northern economic region
Abstract. In the paper the problems of investment climate formation in the Russian Federation and in the Northern economic region have been considered, the analysis of the methods of investment processes' regulation, state and dynamics of the plants with foreign investments has been carried out. The author has come to the conclusion that the high resource potential of the Northern economic region, decreasing of inflation can promote perspective development of foreign investment in Russia.
