Development of regional and border cooperation as a part of foreign economic relations of Russia
Abstract. In the paper the importance of regional and border forms of external economic cooperation in the geoeconomical aspect, and also regional policy and peculiarities of border cooperation development in Russia have been considered. The necessity of more active usage of the selective approach in the state regional policy has been substantiated. The practice of the realization and border cooperation development has been analyzed on the example of the Northern economic region.
