Economical conditions of shelf exploration
Abstract. The paper considers the new economical conditions of development of oil and gas complex resources: change of the role of the state, attracting of Russian and foreign investors. The working out of new approaches to the economical conditions of these resources' development should be beneficial to the state, investors and regions.
