Criteria of the regional budget stability estimation
Abstract. In the paper the regional budget has been considered from the view point of its stability and the factors influencing directly or indirectly on it have been analyzed. This analysis allows to find out the reasons of the negative phenomena in the budgetary sphere and to take measures on their canceling more effectively.
