The problems of educational institutions financing during the reformation of education
Abstract. In the paper the basic economic problems of a municipal educational system have been considered. The recommendations on reformation of organizational and legal mechanisms of education, and also on redistribution of powers and responsibilities between regional and municipal levels have been proposed. The differentiated approaches to the problem of educational institutes' financing from the federal and regional budgets have been worked out. The method of educational municipal system financing has been offered depending on the system of indexes, the standard of budgetary financing can be calculated on the basis of this method. The author has considered the method to be an economic mechanism of improvement of educational institutes' work.
