Involvement of the advocate in court cases concerning economical crimes
Abstract. In the paper tasks and powers of the lawyer in the criminal procedure on matters related to crimes in the sphere of economical activity have been analyzed. The content of the right of the accused (suspect, indictee) on the defence, problems of his supply by the inspector, procurator and court has been considered. Some tactical and psychological aspects of the defence on this category of matters have been revealed.
