Supervising and control authorities in the Russian state
Abstract. The paper has considered the problems of formation, development and functioning of supervising and control authorities in the Russian state. The paper has analyzed the same institutions in some foreign countries. The attempt has been made to investigate the ways of optimization the activities of the office of Public Prosecutor nowadays.
