Some peculiarities of principles of the Russian Criminal Law
Abstract. Some peculiarities of the principles of the Russian Criminal Law have been considered in the paper. The principle of citizenship, which had been changed greatly in the Criminal Law of the Russian Federation, has been analyzed. The principle of citizenship needs further improvement as its formulation does not comprise all the possible situations. This reduces efficiency and definiteness of action of the Russian Criminal Law concerning double-citizen people.
