Thermodynamic analysis of equilibrium processes in complex natural systems

Abstract. The paper is devoted to the research of possibilities of application of the thermobarometric parameters' calculation method for the natural metamorphic processes. Several examples illustrate that convergence of all equilibria in a single point P-T of the region properly correlates with the chemical indications of equilibrium. This technique makes it possible to find out the state of equilibrium between minerals in samples of the investigated system.
