On problems of education philosophy in the heritage of I.V.Kireevsky
Abstract. The paper presents the views of I.V.Kireevsky on the problem of education as a process of actualization of historical traditions of the Russian society. The author shows the significance of the works of the thinkers who continued the philosophical traditions of Enlightenment in Russia for the formation of the education philosophy. The conclusion has been made that Kireevsky' views on education can be considered as a philosophical problem of national and cultural identity and by this reason his views are different from the social, reformation and pedagogical concepts of that time.
