Conservation and development of the national culture in the sphere of education in emigration ("the first wave")
Abstract. In the paper some aspects of the philosophy of education in the 20-30th of the XX century in conditions of the Russian emigration have been considered. The formation of the phenomenon has been reckoned to be a result of the two genetic lines' synthesis: the national tradition and the European one, which includes the Enlightenment and German classic philosophy. It has been underlined that in the emigration the philosophy of education was worked out on the basis of the significant empirical material generalization. The author has paid special attention to the person and works of V.V.Zen'kovsky.
