On the problem of correlation of the right and morals
Abstract. In the paper the sources of the problem of correlation of the right and morality from antiquity till nowadays have been considered. The author analyses the contribution of the Greek philosophers to putting the problem of correlation of the right and morality, the basic legal doctrines of the Middle Ages and more thoroughly highlights the role of Рў.Gobbs in formation of science about the right.
