Problem of the civil society formation in the political and cultural context (Political and sociological aspects)
Abstract. The paper analyses the genesis of the category "the civil society" in the social and political (and namely West-European) ideas' development, the basic prerequisites of the civil society formation in nowadays' Russia, "political and cultural climate" necessary for realisation of the concept of the civil society in the modern Russian conditions. The brief review of the modern theoretical ideas about political and civil culture as indispensable conditions for the process of self-organisation of the civil society has been given as well.
