Education, social risks and human development
Abstract. In the paper the attempt to consider education as a factor of social risks' decreasing has been undertaken. Distinguishing the natural risks and society caused risks, the author substantiates an important role of education in decreasing of risks, connected with decision making and non-readiness of society for considerable social changes. The author underlines that increasing social risks emphasize the problem of education contents, its value orientation. The tasks of development of the human potential of the society cause the necessity of including such component as social education in educational practice.
