Peculiarities of social control in the safety management systems
Abstract. The deterministic model of activity of the ship and coast specialist in the management system for the ship safe operation (SMS) has been drawn up and the alternatives of this activity have been given. In the paper the description of the "social man" concept has been shown and the application of this concept has been demonstrated at the SMS operation.
