The calculation model of strike risk at mooring
Abstract. The paper considers the possibility of the strike of vessels moored to each other in the open sea from the point of view of their safety. The dependences defining mathematical expectation of a part of the moored vessel trajectory leading to a dangerous approach of vessels and possible strike have been obtained. The model of an interval estimation has been designed for increasing the veracity of the strike prediction.
