Abstract. The reform of organization of safety and control ensuring both on ship board and in a shipping company first of all demands carrying out structural reformation, because by means of this very reform, it is possible to achieve the new qualitative approach for safety ships’ operation, meeting the requirements of SOLAS-74 Convention, Chapter IX.
