Financial and industrial integration in Russian economics
Abstract. The paper has considered questions of occurrence, development and functioning of financial and industrial groups in Russia. The author has analyzed the reasons of occurrence, motives of parties, specific characters and main problems of financial and industrial Russian groups. The conclusion about inevitable concentration and integration of financial and industrial capital in conditions of market economy has been made.
