Some aspects of forming of efficient mechanism of investment and innovation process
Abstract. The paper has considered some aspects of forming of efficient mechanism of investment and innovation process. It contains the analyses of investment activity in basic industries of the Murmansk region in 1999-2001. The author has studied the investment attraction of the region, the formation of investment policy by investment flows, has defined the role of financial and industrial groups which possess great opportunities in development of innovation processes.
