Prognosis of social and economic development of the Murmansk region and forming of the regional budget
Abstract. The paper considers the problems of prediction of the Murmansk region social and economic development and the regional budget forming as an instrument of the prognosis realization. The author has paid attention to gross regional product and its influence on the incoming budget part, has analysed planning costs of the gross regional product and has found out the reasons of negative phenomena in the regional budget planning.
