The role of inter-budgetary relations in social and economic development of the region
Abstract. The paper considers the dependence of the fullness of the Murmansk region consolidated budget on the accuracy of inter-budgetary relations, on validity of calculations made by the Federation subject in order to get deficient amount which depends on tax legislation. The author has shown how the region-donor can become the region-recipient. The perspective financial plan and its influence on the region development have been considered.
