Improvement of shipyard management structure in conditions of market economy
Abstract. The paper contains the results of research of shipyard management structure in the joint-stock company "The Murmansk Shipyard". The author has given the characteristics of the pre-reform system of the company management structure and has analysed principles and stages of the regular management arrangement. The project may be a basis for similar projects for other companies.
