Does there exist the "right" method of investment valuation?
Abstract. This paper has considered different methods for the financial evaluation of investments and reinvestments. It has provided comparative analysis of these methods and has presented calculations of the costs and future results. The author has analyzed classification of the project risk management with limited funds and has explained how it can be applied.
