Financial flows: Approaches to the analyses and control system
Abstract. The paper has considered the problem of adequacy of financial control institution to financial flows. The author has shown that the matric regulation of financial flows with the help of system and functional approaches allows to balance the functions of representative and executive control and the basic flow characteristics (size, structure, direction).
