Juridical anthropology as a branch of jurisprudence
Abstract. The paper considers the questions of rebirth of interest to juridical anthropology (anthropology of right) which is a branch of modern science about human being. The author has shown as real opportunities for formation and development of Russian juridical anthropology appear nowadays.
