On the subject of the theory of state and right
Abstract. The paper considers some contradictory opinions of Russian scientists on the subject of the theory of state and right and the reasons of these differences. The author has given the methodological approaches to the necessary correction of the subject of the theory of state and right and its definition accounting interdisciplinary social sciences.
