Regional target programmes as constituents of social and economic development of a territory (on the example of the Murmansk region)
Abstract. In the paper the questions of planning of social and economic development of territories have been considered on the example of the Murmansk region. The necessity of formation of regional target programmes as components of social and economic development of the territory has been proved. The order of drawing up, approval and realization of the regional target programmes has been described, their interrelation with the regional budget has been shown. The paper contains the statistics of the regional programmes financed in 2003.
