Lamellar composite material for heat insulation of the buildings
Abstract. The paper contains the analysis of the problem of power saving and housing heat insulation in the Russian Federation. The necessity of more stringent requirements on heat insulation at both designing and construction stages has been confirmed and emphasized. The authors substantiate the advisability of employing double-layer wall articles based on cellular concrete and polystyrene foam. The novelty of the method and production features of articles with a lit-par-lit pouring of aerated-ash-concrete and beady polystyrene into moulds followed by bloating up of the gas-concrete mixture and foaming of polystyrene during heating and wetting in the steam-curing cell have been described. The data on physical, mechanical and heat-engineering features of the new lamellar material have been given.
