Non-waste technology of marine Crustacea testa processing
Abstract. The industrial process of chitin extraction of Crustacea testa is connected with the formation of specific fluid wastes containing a great amount of protein compounds and mineral substances. The opportunity of protein compounds' precipitation out of technological discharges has been studied. The schematic circuit of sewage two-stage treating of chitin production has been proposed.
