Conceptual foundations of the regional system management of consumption residue
Abstract. Systems analysis of waste management at international, state and regional levels has been carried out in the paper. The conditions of waste basic sources' distribution, volume and composition of industrial and domestic waste on the territory of the Murmansk region and the town itself have been researched, the systematization of waste according to kinds and classes of danger has been given. The dynamics of formation and processing of waste has been studied. The analysis of legal base (at the federal and regional levels) of waste management has been given. The investigated region can be considered as representational both according to the character of production and its waste and climatic conditions as well.
