Extraterritoriality of capital and raw stock regions: A hot problem of regional policy
Abstract. The paper has analyzed extraterritoriality - the bright quality of corporate capital. In Russia it exists in the form oppressing regional budget systems. The authors have considered its consequences for spatial development of the country economics. The conditions of forming the corporate capital taking into account regional interests have been analyzed. The consequences of globally oriented behaviour of corporations possessing enterprises of mining and preprocessing of minerals and energy supply have been considered as well.
