Rent as a financial resource for revival of fish industry in the Murmansk region
Abstract. The paper has considered questions of fish industry annuity, its advantages and necessity. The author has analyzed the main problems of fish industry and existent tax system in Russia. The problems of the fishing fleet have been also taken into consideration. The conclusions and recommendations for stabilization and improving the situation have been made.
