The methods of increasing of state influence on fish industry
Abstract. The paper has analyzed the fish industry enterprises in Russia: the volume of manufacture has fallen, the quantity of workers has decreased, economic efficiency of work has worsened. The authors have proved the necessity of the state program of distribution of biological resources on the coastal enterprises.
