Natural right in B.N. Chicherin's and V.S. Solov'yov's works
Abstract. In this paper the author has considered the conceptions of natural right proposed by the remarkable Russian thinkers V.S. Solov'yov and B.N. Chicherin. The author has given the analysis of their right views and has come to the conclusion about ambiguity of the main idea of the whole "natural law" trend – law is conditioned by morality.
