The juridical conflict: Nature and peculiarities
Abstract. The paper contains the analysis of the problem of nature and peculiarities of the juridical conflict in the modern Russian society. It has been noted that this phenomenon is treated from the point of view of narrow and wide comprehension in the jurisprudence. The authors have come to the conclusion that it is more appropriate to consider the juridical conflict from the point of view of narrow comprehension as it helps to research elements, content and stages of development of the juridical conflict.
