On some possibilities of juridical clash resolution in the legal system of the modern Russia
Abstract. The paper highlights some actual problems of prevention and resolution of juridical clashes. The substance of "juridical clash" key concepts has been considered. The problem has been analyzed from the social, economical, political and juridical points of view. The ways of clashes' resolution in the legal system of the modern Russia have been formulated.
