On some aspects of legislative regulation of struggle with nuclear terrorism
Abstract. The paper considers the conception of nuclear terrorism and basic legislative instruments of Russian and international legislation in the sphere of struggle with this phenomenon. The author has compared separate statements of international legislation with the Russian one currently in force. The conclusion about necessity of legal regulations' perfection in the framework of the uniform system has been made.
