Organization of socio-technical system providing the set level of the vessel secure exploitation
Abstract. The paper considers the socio-technical system "Watch" defined in the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping of Vessel Personnel (STCW-95) and its Codes. The system is intended for maintenance of the set level of the vessel secure exploitation. The authors have researched the conditions when the system appears to be operated, observable and stable.
