On the development of juvenile justice
Abstract. The paper contains the analysis of historical development of the world juvenile justice. The experience of the USA specialized courts connected to the minors has been considered. Modern standards of the international law establishing a special order of legal proceedings on cases of minors have been analyzed. The main principles of the juvenile justice have been formulated.
