On Water Disposal Problems of Fish Industry

Abstract. The main water disposal problems of fish industry are described in the paper. One of the problems is fat pollution extraction. The decision of this problem is offered in the paper. Mathematical model of the fat extraction process by the aeration method and optimization of the model are adduced. Treatment efficiency of the ether soluble substances is about 85%.
