Peculiarity of right and legal freedom (ways of Kant substantiation)

Abstract. The paper considers the way of Kant substantiation of peculiarity of the right and legal freedom. The author has analyzed some typical critical opinions and appraisals claiming that this substantiation is contradictory and unsatisfactory. The phases of Kant re-comprehension of a number of practical philosophy concepts in the course of his philosophical evolution have been pointed out. The basic results of Kant substantiation of peculiarity of the right and legal freedom in comparison with the morals and moral freedom have been considered as well.
