Federal Contract System as a mechanism of state management
Abstract. The paper considers the mechanism of the USA Federal Contract System. The experience of state management is of great interest for Russia as the Federal State Order (which is an analogue of Federal Contract System) has been put into practice in our country. The attention has been also paid to establishing and developing of the Federal Contract System in the USA. The possibilities of using the Federal State Order in Russia have been shown as well.
